Traxxas Xmaxx 12s Beast!!!! First Test

Traxxas Xmaxx 12s Beast!!!! First Test

Set Up

This will be the first run of the Traxxas Xmaxx on 12s. The 3D printed motor mount was tested on 12s with a switch and a bigger cover made by my friend Tim. Additionally, a hot racing motor mount was installed thanks to my friend Vern’s help. The Hobbywing Max 5, 250 amp ESC and 800 KV brushless motor are in place, along with a 30 tooth pinion and a 54 tooth Spur mod one.

Upgrades

The Traxxas Xmaxx is now 12s ready with the Hobbywing ESC and brushless motor, but upgrades are still in progress. The plan includes upgrading the differentials and installing the hot racing straps set up by my friend Vern. The wide Max kit is also on the list for future upgrades to accommodate the 12s system.

Batteries

Due to the size of the Traxxas Xmaxx, fitting two 6s batteries can be a challenge. My only matching 6s batteries are 500 C packs, but I plan to use them for now. While I have a variety of other 6s batteries, they are not a perfect match for this setup.

Test Run

Time to take the Traxxas Xmaxx outside and see how she performs on 12s. The trigger sensitivity is a concern, so belted tires may be necessary to improve control and handling on this powerful setup.

Testing the Limits

There’s no way these Xmaxx stock ties are going to hold out, the batteries aren’t even strapped down. I’m going to try to be careful with this scary power, still tweaking it – it’s a work in progress.

Power and Control

The music adds to the excitement, but the Xmaxx feels a lot heavier too. I think I’m going to raise the preload and adjust the brakes. Did you see how I barely moved that trigger? It’s a lot lighter compared to the Kraton 8S or the Losi DBXL – and this is my third 12s vehicle.

Impressions and Challenges

I’m just touching that trigger and it’s crazy. I wonder if this Xmaxx can hit 100 miles per hour. Leave me a comment and let me know what you did with your Outcast 8s. This Xmaxx is a beast, and I know Mr. Neil’s Outcast is no joke either.

Unleashing the Beast

He has a beast Outcast. 8S. What do you think about my xmax 12s? I also have a kraton 8s that I made 12s and I got my dbxl that I made 12s instead of buying 1000 more RCs, I might as well just upgrade them first then buy more hope. You guys enjoyed drop a like subscribe, leave comments, Ill see you in the next episode.

The First Ride

The Traxxas Xmaxx 12s, known as the beast, is finally getting its first test run. The anticipation is high as it revs up its powerful motor, ready to take on any terrain in its path.

Thrilling Performance

As the Xmaxx hits the track, it immediately showcases its raw power and speed. The acceleration is jaw-dropping, leaving onlookers in awe of its capabilities. The jumps are smooth and seamless, demonstrating the precision engineering behind this beast of a machine.

Impressive Durability

Despite the extreme stunts and rough landings, the Traxxas Xmaxx 12s stands strong without any signs of wear and tear. Its sturdy build and quality components ensure that it can handle whatever challenges come its way.

Conclusion

This thing is ridiculous, just touching that throttle feels scary. It’s kind of dangerous in traffic, but I can’t wait to see how far I can push this Xmaxx. Stay tuned for more tweaks and updates, and don’t forget to check out Mr. Neil TV’s channel for more RC adventures.

The first test of the Traxxas Xmaxx 12s has been nothing short of spectacular. It has proven itself to be a true beast in the world of RC vehicles, setting a new standard for performance and durability. Stay tuned for more thrilling adventures with this incredible machine!
