Unboxing Experience
Finally, the much anticipated OMNI-TERMINATOR Carbon Fiber has arrived from Ralo Boy Im. With excitement bubbling inside, the box is cracked open. The green background sets the perfect tone for the unboxing experience.
Features and Specifications
Upon first glance at the box, the OMNI-TERMINATOR is a sight to behold. This brushless ready-to-run beast boasts a 2.4 GHz radio system and is claimed to reach speeds of 60 to 80 km/h straight out of the box. The inclusion of a speed pinion adds to the allure of this powerful machine. Additionally, the use of 7075 T6 aluminum and carbon fiber inserts for the arm hint at the robustness of this RC car.
Design and Components
Turning the box to inspect the side reveals a glimpse of the differential drive shaft and the center differential, an uncommon feature in many budget-friendly RC cars. The structural bracing adds to the overall sturdiness of the OMNI-TERMINATOR, ensuring durability during rough bashing sessions.
Performance Expectations
The OMNI-TERMINATOR is equipped with oil-filled shocks, a wheelie bar, and easy access differentials for a smooth and thrilling driving experience. With a 3s 2200 mAh battery and either a 45 or 60 amp ESC, the performance is expected to be top-notch. The 60 amp ESC, coupled with the carbon fiber model and a larger 3650 2650 KV brushless motor, promises an adrenaline-pumping ride every time.
Unboxing Experience
Let’s delve into what this bad boy has in store. Upon opening the box, you are greeted with pre-applied stickers along with an extra sticker sheet for customization. Additionally, there are spare parts included, a battery voltage meter, and what appears to be instruction manuals.
Radio and Control
The radio provided with the OMNI-TERMINATOR is a one-handed design with multiple connection options. From a double A adapter spot to a compartment for an 18650 rechargeable battery, this radio offers versatility. Furthermore, spare battery straps, a wheelie bar, and a speed gear are also part of the package.
Unique Accessories
Among the accessories found in the box is a peculiar Omni Terminator flag, adding a touch of individuality to the vehicle. The included wheel assembly guide and wheelie bar installation guide ensure a smooth setup process. In addition, there are gaskets for the differentials, more stickers for customization, and a guide on aluminum modifications.
Instruction Manual
The instruction manual provided, though in black and white, is filled with detailed images that aid in understanding the assembly and operation of the OMNI-TERMINATOR. This manual serves as a helpful companion in navigating the intricacies of this high-performance vehicle.
Size Comparison
Guys is its size and just for reference we have the ZD racing. This is a true 1/10 scale, and over here we have the LC racing. This is a 1/14 scale. However, this is a buggy and this is more of a June truck and I think this is meant to be a monster truck so as for sizing Im, not 100 sure. However, I would say this is closer to a proper 1/12th scale, possibly 1/11th, but not a 1/10th. I dont think it is as big as what a lot of people would possibly hoping for.
Tires and Body Design
However, its far from underwhelming, at least in my opinion, the tires are really nice. They are a little bit firm, but I think theyre theyre also soft, so like they dont have much squish, but they are like. The actual tread itself seems pretty soft and they do kind of look similar to those Proline trenches that you can get. The body is nice and sleek and black I do like it. However, I would have loved the option to choose. Another thing I noticed as well is the hex inside the wheels is plastic. I definitely would have preferred to see these come with aluminium hexes.
Suspension Impressions
Now I dont want to keep you waiting too long, but that suspension is absolutely beautiful. The suspension is nice and soft. I guess well see how it does over some big jumps very soon. The body has some reinforcements on the top, and the sides would have liked to have seen some maybe down here.
Unboxing
The Omni-Terminator comes packaged in a sturdy box, giving off an air of high quality right from the start. As you open the box, the first thing that catches your eye is the chassis made of reinforced carbon fiber. Its sleek and strong build sets the tone for what’s to come.
Review
Taking a closer look inside, you’ll find a 3s ESC with an aluminum fan shroud, ensuring that the electronic components stay cool even during intense bashing sessions. The 11 kg Servo and aluminum steering components promise precise control and durability, while the adjustable motor mount allows for customization to suit your driving style.
The inclusion of a 3s 2650 50 KV brushless motor with a built-in fan ensures that the Omni-Terminator has the power and speed to tackle any terrain. The beefy metal turnbuckles and aluminum parts throughout the vehicle speak to the attention to detail and quality put into its design.
Bash
Once you take the Omni-Terminator out for a spin, it’s clear that this RC car means business. The dog bones in the rear and plush suspension system provide a smooth and responsive driving experience, while the CVS in the front ensures stability and control over rough terrain.
The shock towers made of 7075 T6 aluminum and the 4 mm thick chassis give the vehicle the strength to handle jumps and high-speed runs with ease. The carbon fiber inserts in the arms add rigidity to the structure, making the Omni-Terminator a formidable force on the track or off-road.
With its combination of carbon fiber and aluminum components, the Omni-Terminator strikes a balance between performance and durability that will impress even the most seasoned RC enthusiasts. Get ready to unleash the power of this beast and dominate the competition.
Assembly Process
Unless you plan to go with a really big system, the assembly process might not be as bad as anticipated. Accessing the internal components involves removing several screws, some of which can be a bit tricky to get to. Once you have the necessary tools to access the internal components, you’ll find that they are well-greased and properly installed. The receiver box is securely placed within the chassis, giving a sense of reliability.
Battery Compatibility
The manufacturer boasts that the OMNI-TERMINATOR can accommodate a 5000mAh battery. However, upon closer inspection, it seems that it may not fit as expected. To address this issue, you may need to rearrange the ESC and utilize the provided accessories like double-sided tape and foam. For a lighter setup, running it with a 2200mAh battery might be a more practical option.
Testing and Initial Impressions
After completing the assembly, it’s time to power up the OMNI-TERMINATOR and see how it performs. The radio control is easy to operate with a nice display screen and conveniently placed buttons. The overall build quality seems solid, and the carbon fiber components add a touch of style and sturdiness to the design.
Unboxing Experience
The first thing that catches your eye when unboxing the OMNI-TERMINATOR is the bright lights beaming from the vehicle. As you delve deeper into the unboxing process, you can’t help but marvel at the intricate steering mechanism. It’s undeniably neat and impressively fast, setting the stage for an exciting experience ahead.
Performance Review
Upon testing out the throttle, you notice its smoothness and responsiveness – a promising start. As you consider gearing adjustments, the significant size difference becomes apparent, hinting at the power this vehicle possesses. And indeed, as you push it for a speed run, the OMNI-TERMINATOR doesn’t disappoint with its impressive performance on just 2s.
3S and 4S Thrills
Transitioning to 3S, you can’t help but feel a mix of excitement and apprehension. Will the OMNI-TERMINATOR live up to expectations, or will it test your nerves? As you engage in a full-throttle test on 4S, the speed is mind-blowing, surpassing all previous runs. The adrenaline rush is palpable as you push the limits of this powerful machine.

So, whilst its still fixable lets go fix it up and Chuck it on 4S, just a quick note guys if you do want to put it on 4S, make sure you to change your ESC. This is obviously not the stock ESC.
