Unboxing a new RC car, I’ve just spent the best part of probably 20 minutes unboxing. This new hypo without my mic switched on, so there’s no audio through the whole thing. I just got right to the end where I was going to switch it on to see what the speeds like and realized my mic was off, and I don’t think I can be bothered to pack it all up and redo it all, so I’m going to give you some quick highlights of how the unboxing went.

One of the packets comes like that, and it says on it, “If this vehicle encounters a collision in this rapid speed state, some structural parts may not be able to withstand the impact of high speed and then damage. Therefore, we have prepared some easily damaged parts in this situation, for you to replace.” You get loads of spares with it just in case you break it, and I think I mentioned that more manufacturers should do that.

When you got this much power here, we go then super speed mode, there’s a curb there, that’s Full Throttle, that’s not bad, actually break once it gets going, it’s not actually that bad, it must be the gyroscopic effects of the tires blowing that keeps it straight fast.
Pass definitely over 40, this time 44, that’s bad, that’s a lot of power. Right now we’re going to stick a proper lipo in rather than that lithium ion. How much faster is it on a three-cell lipo?
Oh, it doesn’t look that much faster. Whoa, it’s got good brakes. What we saying then 47, so it is quicker. Yeah, they’ve updated the Lis in on Amazon now, and it tells you all about this mode. They reckon about 50, so that’s about right, single figures today, temperature.
