They have all their amazing products on display, and today, they have invited us for an exclusive tour.

Throughout his tenure, he has experienced and accomplished a wide range of tasks, all aimed at promoting the awesomeness of Traxxas. We can sense his infectious enthusiasm as he begins the tour.
A Room Filled with RC Wonders
As we enter the first room, Damon asks us to guess the number of cars on display. We venture a guess – a couple hundred perhaps? And our estimation turns out to be true! The room is filled with a stunning collection of around a couple hundred RC cars, each more fascinating than the next.

Forgive me had people come to Texas just to come to the store here to tracks headquarters, which is I it feels like youre pulling up to like Disney Im like were at Disneyland for RC, so cool all like the signs when you come in and the fountain And yeah so thats really special yeah.
When people you know its one of their kids, birthdays and child abduction uhoh, I dont know how to turn it off, but yeah its cool.
When people make a pilgrimage here to come to the store right because they love like their tracks, this car or whatever – and they want to come – see, see the mecca here at the store where we have everything yeah.
Skills for a Career in the RC Hobby
Can I ask you a couple questions, of course, as far as skills that people would need to get a career in the RC hobby like you, what would you say that people backgrounds need in education or skills, so engineering like mechanical and electrical engineering are perfect backgrounds? Um anything in like Marketing sales, you know entrepreneurship. Those kind of disciplines are perfect, fit accounting.
The Favorite Thing about Working at Tracks
You know and what’s your favorite thing about working here other than being around these awesome cars. All the time I would say my favorite thing is just were an Innovative company.
Were always looking forward were always looking to develop unique cool innovations that solve really complex problems with Simple Solutions like clip is body mounting waterproof Electronics, those kind of things when I was a kid like the last thing you could do is drive your RC car through A puddle of water, it would just ruin it in two seconds, and so when we came out with waterproof electronics and were going out on video shoots and photo shoots and driving through like little Creeks, it was like it felt like youre not supposed to do it.

The MAX series from one of the world’s largest RC companies is truly amazing. It includes the X Max, the XRT Max, and the baby brother, the Max Baby Max. The Max Baby Max is unique because it only requires one battery, unlike its siblings which require two. This battery is recommended to be a 6700 million forell. The wheelbase and chassis of the Max Baby Max have been lengthened to accommodate this battery, allowing owners of the X Max or the XRT to use the same batteries. This cross compatibility eliminates the need to have a variety of batteries for different RC cars.

This is where you guys work. Uh, I work upstairs, yep. So, this is the customer service team. When customers call in, they talk to these representatives. For example, a friend got her boyfriend an RC car, and she’s like, “it’s too big.” They assist in resolving customer issues and providing information about the products.
Running Vehicles: A Model for the Slash
Are these running vehicles? Yes! Yes, they are. This is what we model the Slash after. Back in 2008 and 2009, we developed this model. It has become one of our most popular and successful products. Customers love its performance and design.
The Ultra Top Secret Underground Layer?
Next, we’re going to take you to their ultra top secret underground layer. It’s supposedly 10 stories below the ground. However, I don’t know if it really exists. The rest of the warehouse is off-limits to filming. There might be something fascinating hidden there, but for now, it remains a mystery.
