Body Design
First of all, Team Corally deserves some recognition for their fantastic job on the body design of the KAGAMA 6s. The aesthetic appeal is on point, with a sleek matte grayish black finish complemented by vibrant blue accents. The body not only looks great but also boasts some practical features. Corally added reinforcing elements to ensure its durability, as well as velcro strips along the edges to prevent any unwanted flapping during intense jumps or high-speed runs. It’s a thoughtful addition that shows Corally’s attention to detail.
Out-of-the-Box Setup
This truck was put through its paces right after unboxing, with minimal modifications. The only change made was swapping out the stock 13T pinion gear for a slightly larger 15T pinion. It’s worth noting that the KAGAMA 6s is geared differently from other scale RC vehicles like the Arma models, so it remains to be seen if this alteration will affect temperatures during operation. Nonetheless, the truck is ready to go straight out of the box, providing an opportunity to experience its raw performance without any additional enhancements.
Potent Power
Running the KAGAMA 6s for the first time, it becomes abundantly clear that this truck packs a serious punch. Even in stock configuration, it offers an impressive amount of power. In fact, it has enough grunt to perform nearly standing backflips with ease, thanks in part to its grippy tires. It’s truly a sight to behold, watching this beast effortlessly defy gravity and pull off jaw-dropping stunts. The KAGAMA 6s certainly doesn’t disappoint in the power department.
Servo Troubles
However, there was an unfortunate hiccup during the initial testing phase. The stock servo, unfortunately, decided to malfunction and soon became unresponsive. It happened during some simple yard testing, just going up and down the street. Whether it was a reliability issue or just an isolated incident remains uncertain. Regardless, a quick fix was needed, prompting the installation of a trusty Power HD 23 kg servo as a replacement. It’s always a good idea to have a backup plan and be prepared for any unexpected setbacks. The truck was back on track after the servo upgrade, ready to conquer the terrain once again.
Unchanged Differentials
It’s worth mentioning that at this stage, no modifications have been made to the differentials of the KAGAMA 6s. They remain in their stock configuration, unaltered and untested. Only time will tell if any tweaks or upgrades are necessary in this area to optimize the truck’s performance further. The focus for now is on exploring the capabilities of the KAGAMA 6s as it is, making the most of its stock setup while keeping an eye out for potential enhancements.
Stock ESC Settings
I haven’t touched anything. The ESC is all stock settings, even the punch except I did go up on the break. A little bit to 62 again overall team car did a really good job at designing this thing I just looking at it.
Impressive Bracing
As far as all the bracing and stuff, I mean it’s crazy, especially this Wing mount back here. I really love how this is braced up around the tower and stuff, so it shouldn’t be too easy to break that Wing. Mount quick shot of this nice chassis right here, team carow engineered to be the fastest and uh push your limits, so we’ll definitely be pushing the truck’s limits.
M2C Racing Upgrades
Just to give you guys, a heads up, M2C Racing is now making parts for Team Corally. These are in testing. These are prototypes, but beautiful, machined, 7075 Towers right here and some beautiful M2C Racing carbon fiber Towers, which I believe are available now, if you guys want to check those out and also some beautiful bladderless, shock caps and daring Pistons to make that thing, nice and smooth.
Bone Stock Performance
So I’ll be testing some of this stuff in the next run, but I wanted to give this truck a run bone stock first and see how it stands. I can’t wait to get this M2C bling on there for sure.
Thrilling Ride
Oh yeah, she’s touchy first tumble, right on the wing. Oh yeah guys definitely going to have to get used to this truck. Oh guys, I don’t think this thing can handle my throttle style. All right guys, in that short run.

Motor and ESC Temperature Check
She already went into thermal. So, I’m going to check the temps real quick. Yeah, we got 214 on the motor and about 170 on the ESC, so that’s definitely too hot. I may throw on the back flip LPS and try it again.

Alright guys, got the LPS on it. I think it looks really nice with them too. Let’s see how she does.

Oh yeah, already can hold her down way better, much better, much better.
Unexpected Challenges
On the roof. Close! Oh, ah, right on that arm, guys, that jump off that mount completely disintegrated. This front drive shaft right here, completely busted the cvd right there at the ball, so that’s going to be an M2C Racing upgrade coming soon for sure guys.
Getting Used to the Truck’s Characteristics
This truck, I’m still getting used to it. It’s got kind of a lag in the throttle for some reason, so I can’t make those quick corrections I’m used to. I don’t know if it’s the ESC or what, so maybe I’ll be throwing in a Max 6 here soon.
Replacement and Test
Anyway, threw on a new shaft and let’s send it. Oh right on that rear end. Ah, that was the brake that time. Just had a little bit of a lag into it, and I even turned the brake up to 62. She’s still going pretty tough.

Wing Mount Breakage
During the first run of the new Team Corally KAGAMA 6s, there was an unfortunate incident where the wing mount broke off. Although this happened off camera, it is worth noting that the mount pulled right through the screws and broke the extra bracing. As a result, a new wing will need to be ordered. However, it is important to mention that Team Corally did an excellent job engineering this truck, as it has impressive bracing. Nonetheless, as with any vehicle, if you plan on engaging in intense bashing, upgrades and tuning to your liking may be necessary.
Chassis Evaluation
Upon inspecting the truck, it is worth mentioning that everything on the inside seems to be intact. There was, however, some damage to the back brace, which had been accidentally bent. Fortunately, this can be easily fixed by removing and bending it back into shape. Let’s take a quick look at the chassis, which appears to be pretty straight for a stock 3mm chassis. While it wasn’t heavily tested during this run, once we gear it up and add Bel to guars, we will see how well the chassis holds up. It is worth noting that an M2C Racing chassis with a 4mm 775 is currently in the works, which will provide the sturdy foundation this truck needs.
Issues with Diff Tuning
Unfortunately, the run had to be cut short due to difficulties related to diff tuning. The truck was experiencing severe diffing out, which caused the tires to blow out. This issue needs to be addressed to ensure optimal performance. Diff tuning is crucial for achieving a balanced power distribution and preventing undue stress on the tires. Once this issue is resolved, the truck will be able to perform at its full potential.
