One thing that sets this RC car apart from others is the attention to detail in its construction. The car features bearings throughout, ensuring smooth operation and durability. Additionally, the use of oil shocks adds to the overall performance of the vehicle. While they are not screw-down shocks, they are adjustable, allowing for customization to suit your driving preferences.

Hidden Illumination Potential

One intriguing feature of this RC car is the light wells integrated into the body. These wells allow for the installation of LEDs, giving the car a stunning glow. While the back lights are clear plastic and suitable for LEDs, the front lights may require further modification. Nonetheless, the potential to enhance the car’s visual appeal with lighting is a captivating prospect.

A Glimpse Underneath

Removing the body of the RC car reveals its inner workings. The wiper blades and rear view mirrors are attached by clips, allowing for easy removal and customization. The flares on the side of the body also have convenient clips for attachment. Hex screws secure the front and rear bumpers, ensuring a sturdy build.

The car features oil-filled shocks, providing a smooth and stable ride. Although the adjustment options may be limited, considering the price, it is not a significant drawback. This RC car is not meant to be a high-performance racing vehicle but serves as a remarkable display piece.

Aesthetics Above All

Ultimately, the appeal of the Nissan Skyline RC car lies in its impeccable aesthetics. Whether you are a car enthusiast or simply appreciate detailed craftsmanship, this RC car is a must-have. 60 Amp ESC and Battery Compatibility

Moving on to the electronic speed controller (ESC), we find a powerful 60 amp ESC. This ESC can handle both Lipo and nickel metal hydride batteries, providing flexibility for the user. Although it is officially rated up to 2s, some enthusiasts have managed to push it to its limits with a 3s battery. However, due to the 550 motor, which is already quite powerful, it may not be necessary to go beyond 2s for this particular model.

Four-Wheel Drive and Differential

The Nissan Skyline RC car boasts a four-wheel drive system, ensuring excellent traction and control. It features both front and rear differentials, allowing for smooth and stable power distribution to all four wheels. The inclusion of a plastic drive shaft enhances durability and performance.

Spacious Battery Tray

Looking at the battery tray, it is clear that the designers have made it spacious and adaptable. It can accommodate a variety of battery sizes, enabling users to choose the power source that suits their preferences. With ample room, there won’t be any limitations to what you can fit in there.
