Taking second on the list is probably the next best thing to the E46 BMW M3 outside of the club sport. The 330ci, which comes with a 3 liter inline 6 engine making 227 brake horsepower, imagine not to 60 in 6.3 seconds and still giving you a bunch of rear wheel, drive fun. The E46 picked up whether E36 left off, and what I would say is that, while the E36 had a bit of a slump as 90s design went out of fashion, their prices have picked up again. More recently, weve started to see the same with e46s thats. Why? In the five years of making YouTube videos, Ive seen E46 M3s here from being around 5K to easily over 10K.

For a nice example, the 360i might be there for one of the best cheap entry routes into owning an E46 with a bit of performance before they become a little bit more sought after. This car, sadly, will never get the love that the MX-5 and RX7 have gained from JDM car lovers, mostly because, despite the rotary engine, it hasn’t really been seen as a good successor to the RX7, something I kind of agree with.
