Did this guy really do this at my RC car race?
Someone commented in my last video suggesting that I should add something to prevent the drive shaft from getting tangled up. At first, I was skeptical, but considering the amount of traction and power I will be dealing with, it made sense. I’ll be running this car on 3s and despite having TSM installed, it won’t be used for racing. Rather, it will be used for some thrilling Grudge racing.
My racing car, the Losi slick, has wider tires compared to the Traxxas slicks I normally use. With the Losi slicks being thinner, they offer less rotational mass and traction. This means there might be a little bit of wheel spin, which could help reduce stress on the drivetrain. Surprisingly, this strategy actually works better than expected.
Tonight, I am incredibly excited to put this car to the test. Seeing how it performs will be an absolute thrill.
As for fine-tuning, I made a couple of adjustments. I added adjustable turnbuckles to the front because the camera was misaligned and causing uneven wear on the inside of the tires. By being able to adjust the camber, I aim to achieve even wear and maximize performance. Additionally, I added a wheelie bar to the car. This will help with stability during acceleration and prevent the car from flipping over.

Now I have the wheelie bar set all the way down, because I dont want any of the wheels coming off the ground. I want to be all on the ground because all four wheels are getting power to it so to today is list race day its list race night.

If you dont know what number I am Im actually number one on the list and I dont know if I mentioned it whenever I point out this card.
