New Tamiya Kits Arrive From Japan

New Tamiya Kits Arrive From Japan

Gambling on eBay: Taking a Chance on Tamia Kits

When it comes to buying Tamia kits on eBay, there’s always a gamble involved. Recently, I stumbled across two Tamia kits on eBay, directly from Japan. I wasn’t in the market for them, but the prices were slowly dropping. I decided to take a chance and hit the buy now button. A week or so later, they arrived.

The Risk of Buying Tamia Kits

Tamia kits are known for their quality, but there is always the risk of a glitch or two. The Hot Shot 2, which was recently released, is a prime example. I swore off buying it, but eventually caved and bought one. I ended up turning it into the Not Shot, as seen in my video.

The Benefits of Taking a Risk

Despite the risks, there are still benefits to taking a chance on Tamia kits. For one, the prices can be very reasonable. If you’re patient and keep an eye on the listings, you can often snag a good deal. Additionally, you can find rare and unique kits that you wouldn’t be able to find anywhere else.

Aero Avante: A Classic RC Car Reborn

The Aero Avante is a classic RC car that has been reborn on the DF02 chassis. It has a long history of being a great car, and the new version is no exception. This article will explore the features of the Aero Avante and why it is such a great car.

History of the Aero Avante

The Aero Avante has been around for many years, and it has been synonymous with great RC cars. It was first released in the 1990s and has been popular ever since. The new version of the Aero Avante is based on the DF02 chassis, which is a newer design.

Features of the Aero Avante

The Aero Avante has many features that make it a great car. It has a powerful motor and is very fast. It also has great handling and is very reliable. It is also very durable and can handle rough terrain.

Why the Aero Avante is a Great Car

The Aero Avante is a great car for many reasons. It is fast, reliable, and durable. It is also easy to maintain and is a great choice for beginners and experienced racers alike. It is also very affordable, with the kit costing only $125.24 with free shipping from Japan.

The eBay Bargain: Avante Mark II

A Great Deal

This was an eBay bargain – 125 bucks for a four wheel drive platform that had never been built before. It was a cool looking buggy, and the Avante name had no emotional attachment to it. It was such a high level car, and it was cheaper than a TT02B or a Plasma Edge. It was a great deal, and it hadn’t been built or run yet.

The Avante Mark II

The Avante Mark II was also purchased from eBay, for 159 dollars. It was only 10 bucks more than a lunch box, and 15 more than a DTO2, DTO3, Neo Fighter, or Rising Fighter.

Two New Buggies, One Exciting Giveaway

I’m pretty stoked to have two different four-wheel drive buggies. I’ve never built them before, so I’m excited to have them and I’m not going to dig into the boxes now. Each one will have its own little video. It’s going to be new for me, so hopefully it’ll be new for some of you guys too.

Similar Bodies, Different Wheels

What I did notice is that the two bodies are very, very, very similar. They change a little bit here and there, but overall, the body size and shape are fairly similar. It’s just going to be the paint and decals that are the defining factor. One car has gray wheels and the other has yellow wheels.

Time for a Giveaway

Before I let you guys go, it’s time to do a giveaway. I’m going to give away one of the buggies to one lucky winner. All you have to do is comment on this video and let me know which buggy you would like to win. I’ll pick a winner at random and announce it in the next video.

Good luck and I can’t wait to see who wins!

The giveaway is for a big, heavy kit. Shipping this kit overseas would be too expensive, so the giveaway is only available to those in the US. The kit is either a Grasshopper or a TTO2 Impreza Rally Car.
