So, this big boy RC car is an old RC car from apparently Century RCS. They call it the famous RC car, sir Mount Champion. It also has the name ultrasonic International Shadow breaker and Super Sonic on it.
So, I honestly don’t know what name is what because there’s like five different names on the car, but we can pretty much go with the fact that it’s a knockoff Skyline. It doesn’t have any labeling or branding of any real car, so it really can’t be identified as a specific car.
But it’s kind of obvious the way it looks. Now, they state that it’s a simulation of true style. These cars were clearly designed to mimic things like the Fast and Furious cars, which I’m a personal fan of. I’m not gonna lie, so I dig it. But it’s really cool.
A Lucky Find
The kicker is that these were given to me for presentation at the Arizona Lowrider Super Show in my booth, by a buddy of mine who actually found a bunch of these cars. If I remember the story correctly, he found them in an old storage unit. He found a bunch of them, sold a couple of them.
I plan on buying one from him, probably to modify and customize and everything. But he found them and they were brand new in the box.
